वाचकमित्रहो, आज आम्ही नेटभेटचा एक नविन उपक्रम आपल्यासमोर सादर करीत आहोत. या उपक्रमाचे नाव आहे, "Everything Marathi".  (नाव वगळता यामध्ये खरंच सर्वकाही मराठी आहे !)

नेटभेटच्या अनेक वाचकांनी आमच्याकडे वेळोवेळी संगणकावरील मराठी लिखाणासंबंधी माहिती, मराठी फाँट्स डाउनलोड करण्यासंबंधी माहिती विचारली होती. ऑनलाईन मराठी लिहिण्यासंबंधी आम्ही यापुर्वीच नेटभेट आणि ब्लॉगकट्टा या संकेतस्थळांवर काही लेख प्रकाशित केले होते. मात्र सर्व मराठी फाँट्स एकत्र पाहण्यासाठी आणि डाउनलोड करण्यासाठी उपलब्ध असलेले एकही संकेतस्थळ पाहण्यात आले नाही. मराठी वाचकांना मराठी फाँट्स डाउनलोड करता यावेत या मुख्य उद्देशाने आम्ही Everything Marathi या संकेतस्थळाची निर्मीती केली.

Everything Marathi मधील सर्व फाँट्स आम्ही esnips, Rapidashare, lullar, ziddu, mediafire, easy-share या संकेतस्थळांवरुन शोधुन घेतले आहेत. हे सर्व फाँट्स कसे दिसतात हे वाचकांना कळावे म्हणून प्रत्येक फाँटमध्ये A to z ही अक्षरे आणि 0 to 9 हे अंक लिहून दाखविले आहेत. हे सर्व फॉंट्स Google sites मध्ये साठवून ठेवलेले आहेत आणि ते सर्वांना डाउनलोड करण्यासाठी उपलब्ध आहेत.

मराठी मधील फाँट्स शोधायला सुरुवात केली तेव्हा फार फार तर १५०-२०० फाँट्स मिळतील असा आमचा अंदाज होता. परंतु आश्चर्य म्हणजे आम्हाला चक्क ७५० हून अधिक मराठी फॉंट्स मिळाले. यापैकी ३०० फाँट्स Everything Marathi वर प्रकाशित केले असून. पुढे दररोज एक नविन फॉंट वाचकांना येथे पाहता येईल.
मराठी फाँट्स डाउनलोड करण्यासोबतच ते इंस्टॉल करण्यासंबंधी येथे माहिती देण्यात आलेली आहे. ऑनलाईन मराठी लिहिण्यासाठीची माहिती तर येथे आहेच त्यासोबत येथे मराठी लिहिण्याची सोय देखिल पुरविण्यात आलेली आहे. http://write-in-marathi.blogspot.com/ या संकेतस्थळावर देखिल मराठीत लिहिण्याची सोय उपलब्ध करुन देण्यात आलेली आहे.

नेटभेटची ही नववर्ष भेट (थोडी उशिरा आली तरीही !) आपल्याला नक्कीच आवडेल याची आम्हाला खात्री आहे. Everything Marathi बद्दल आपल्या मित्रमंडळींना ईमेल करून, फेसबुक, ऑर्कुट आणि ट्वीटर वरून नक्की कळवा. आणि मायमराठीच्या जास्तीत जास्त लेकरांना या सुविधेचा लाभ मिळवून देण्यासाठी आम्हाला मदत करा !
