today i go threw the goole search of the name ''vikas phapale''. i got the name is defamed by u as somthing kavyatarang. i dont know to whome u want to defame but, sir i have also the same name so i request u to write the full name of the person to whom u want to defame, complaint about him to police. but change that short name vikas phapale.
resp. sir if it not done withen the short date i will take the legal action for defamaion against u and u r kavyatarang.and the complaint will be made to the Hon'rable commissioner of police, pune to investigate the matter by syber cell. this notice is served by me on u.hope that u will take action very soon.
