दोन मनांतील अंतर
एकदा एका साधुने त्याच्या शिष्यांना विचारले, " आपण रागात असताना जोरात ओरडतो किंवा कोणाशी भांडण झाले असल्यास आपोआप आपला आवाज वाढतो, असेका?". सर्व शिष्य विचार करु लागले. एक शिष्याने उत्तर दीले, "रागावलेले असताना आपण स्वतःवरचे नियंत्रण हरवुन बसतो, आणि म्हणुनच कदाचीत ओरडून बोलतो."
यावर साधुमहाराज म्हणाले, " पण ज्या व्यक्तीवर आपण रागावलेले असतो ती समोरच असते तरी सुध्दा आपण ओरडतो।जरी सौम्य आणि मृदु आवाजात बोलणे शक्य असले तरी देखील रागात आपण चढ्या आवाजातच बोलतो". यावर सर्व शिष्यांनी विचार केला आणि आपापल्या परीने उत्तर देण्याचा प्रयत्न केला, मात्र कोणत्याच उत्तराने साधुचे समाधान झाले नाही. शेवटी साधुमहाराजांनी स्वतःच उत्तर दीले. ते म्हणाले, "
जेव्हा दोन व्यक्ती एकमेकांवर रागावलेल्या असतात तेव्हा त्यांच्या मनांमध्ये अंतर वाढलेले असते आणि हेच अंतर भरुन काढण्याकरीता ते चढया आवाजात बोलतात."
"आता मला सांगा की जेव्हा दोन व्यक्ती परस्परांच्या प्रेमात असतात तेव्हा अतीशय हळू आणि शांतपणे बोलतात, असे का?" असा प्रश्न विचारुन मग स्वतःच उत्तर देत ते म्हणाले," कारण त्यांची मनं जवळ आलेली असतात. दोन मनांतील अंतर कमी झालेले असते.
आणि जसजसे दोन व्यक्ती मधील प्रेम वाढु लागते तसतसे त्यांच्यातील संवाद इतका सुलभ होउन जातो की सर्वच गोष्टी बोलण्याची देखील आवश्यकताच भासत नाही. फक्त नजरेतुनच किंवा देहबोलीतुनच ते आपल्या साथीदाराला काय म्हणायचे आहे ते ओळखतात.
शिकवण- परस्परांत वाद विवाद आणि भांडण तंटे होतच राहतात मात्र कीतीही वादविवाद असला तरी मनामनातील अंतर वाढु देउ नका।तसे होउ दील्यास दोन व्यक्तींमधील दरी इतकी मोठी होइल की पुन्हा ती मिटवणे कधीच शक्य होणार नाही.
